Osteopaths diagnose and treat structural and functional disorders of the whole human body. Marc Jones has practised as an osteopath in the UK and Canada and holds teaching and tennis coaching qualifications. He graduated with a professional primary-care osteopathic (honours) degree from the British School of Osteopathy in London in 1995. His osteopathic degree is a specialised medically-based program in osteopathic diagnosis, palpation and treatment with extensive mandatory clinical training from within the largest college osteopathic clinic in Europe. As well as general practice osteopathy, he has a special interest in sports injuries. As a post-graduate, he is trained in the safe use and application of ultrasound therapy, interferential therapy and low level laser therapy. This is in addition to his mandatory continuing professional development (CPD) education requirements as an osteopath.
